Two Scoops Ice Cream Parlor is a Hawaiian locally run business in the location of the new Ko Olina Station across the street from the proposed Disney Hawaii site in the Ko 'Olina resort area. The original Scoops was in Exeter, England and was a vision of Pat's much like the Two Scoops here in Hawaii. In July of 2006 the path of Pat and Nathan would cross in Waikiki, Oahu-Hawaii and the rest is history in the making.  Their vision became as one quoted:  "Where dreams come true in your neighborhood with Auntie Pat and Uncle Nathan". They basically identify themselves as a small mom and pop shop with the sophistication of a modern day turn key revolutionary company that operates like the prototypes of the large business companies. Our Slogan is:  The nostalgia of a neighborhood ice cream parlor and the new experience of a unique English tea room corner. "Where our commodity is ice cream and our product is Happiness" Our Mission Statement is: to maintain Aloha and Ohana meaning {Love and Family} in our establishment and to always respect the local ways of life.  To believe in Lokahi meaning {unity}, in our everyday task regardless of how large or small.  We as an organization will always promote FLT meaning;FAMILY, LOVE, and TEAMWORK in all we do!

Everyone who enters "Two Scoops Ice Cream Parlor" will be greeted and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.  It's said you get only one first impression and within our slogan we have stated..............

"That our product is
the commodity is
